With all the drinks on the market, how do you know which to buy? As the cliché goes, you won’t know until you try; but at about $2.00 each, the last thing you want is to get one that tastes so bad, you can’t get it down. Nor do you want one that tastes good, but brings minimal kick, or gives decent kick but terrible crash. Undoubtedly you’ve been there.
Well, you no longer have to be an energy drink guinea pig, because plenty folks on the web are already doing that for you. Accessing their review sites is free, easy and without any registration or hassle.
Of course, you don’t want to waste time either, surfing in vain for sites that sound promising, but don’t deliver worthwhile info. That’s where we come in. This site has looked at 20 of the most prominent energy drink review sites and narrowed the field for you. We have reviewed the reviewers we could find, classifying them according to three criteria: Must-see (5), Worth a look (6) and Forgettable (9).
Our judging criteria boiled down to this: Who delivers the most useful, informed information? Who provides solid, comparative analysis while keeping it moving?
Most of these reviewers are bloggers, so we did not expect professional writing; but we did expect a reasonable degree of coherence, so it’s not necessary to keep rereading to get the point.
We found it’s difficult to find all the right components on any one site due to all the variables involved. Some cover certain things well, but omit other info. Others get it just the opposite.
